Processing & Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade. Due to high demand, please allow 4 to 7 days for processing of your order. At times order volume may be high and the processing time may be longer. If the time frame doesn't work for you, please DO NOT place an order. Processing time does not include shipping. We utilize USPS  Priority Mail for Domestic Shipping and USPS Economy International and Express International for International Shipping. USPS Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days for Domestic shipments and Economy International takes 6-18 business days and Express International takes 3 to 5 business days.

Domestic Packages are insured up to $100 and International Packages are insured up to $200.

Once your package has left our warehouse, any issues with delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages should be addressed immediately with USPS.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

If you don't provide a complete name and address your order will be canceled and you will be refunded. 

If your package returns to us undeliverable at no fault of our own, you will be refunded minus shipping cost.
