Processing & Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade, please take this into consideration when placing an order. Typically products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping may take longer due to high demand, please allow 4 to 7 business days for processing of your order during this time. Processing times may be extended due to purchase volume. Any delays will be quickly communicated to our customers in a timely manner. If the time frame doesn't work for you, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Processing time does not include shipping. We utilize USPS  Priority Mail for Domestic Shipping and USPS Economy International and Express International for International Shipping. USPS Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days for Domestic shipments and Economy International takes 6-18 business days and Express International takes 3 to 5 business days.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping internationally (Countries outside of the U.S A., like Canada, Europe etc,.) may involve additional fees for customers, including duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, etc,. We are not responsible for these fees. They will be the sole responsibility of the customer. As a reminder there are NO REFUNDS on our Bath and Body products. 

Domestic Packages are insured up to $100 and International Packages are insured up to $200.

Once your package has left our warehouse, any issues with delivery, lost, stolen or damaged packages should be addressed immediately with USPS.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

If you don't provide a complete name and address your order will be canceled and you will be refunded. 

If your package returns to us undeliverable at no fault of our own, you will be refunded minus shipping cost.
