Bathing the face in buttermilk was popular around the turn of the century in the United States for the same reasons.

INGREDIENTS:
Whole Dry Milk, Powdered Cream, Vanilla Oleresin,
Organic Honey Powder, Goat's Milk, Organic
Honey, Buttermilk Powder, Milk Thistle, White Tea
Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Cocoa Seed
Butter, Arrowroot Powder, Honey Powder,
Murumuru Butter, Shea Butter, Comfrey Root
Powder, Calendula Powder, Rosemary Leaf Extract,
Jojoba Seed Oil, Carrot Powder, Vitamin C & E.

Suggested Use:
Fill your bathtub up half way with warm or hot water. 
Add 1/2 cup or 1 cup of the Lavender Milk Bath to your water. Suggest to start with a 1/2 cup then increase to desired amount.
